IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING
BREWS BY THE BAY 2011
Brews by the Bay 2011 is a popular volunteer event and only a limited number of
volunteers are needed. The Aquarium will make every attempt to place you in one
of the positions you have requested, but we will not be able to guarantee that you
will receive your first choice. If we are unable to accommodate your request, we
will contact you with an alternate position. Each volunteer will need to enter through
the business entrance. All volunteers will be contacting with important event details
about a week prior to the event (i.e. What to wear….). If all volunteer positions
are filled, we will place you on a waiting list in the event a volunteer space becomes
available.

VOLUNTEER SHIFTS AND TASKS
Please choose from the following volunteer shifts. Indicate first and second choices
in the boxed provided by placing a “1” for your first choice and a “2” for your
second choice. Because there is not a lot of breakdown for this event, we would
appreciate volunteers that work the event operation to stay behind after the event
for a quick clean-up.

Help Check Tickets and IDs as VIPs arrive (2-4 Volunteers Needed)

Supervise the Pepin VIP Event (3 Volunteers Needed)

Distribute cup tickets throughout the event (2 Volunteers Needed)

Sample Cups
7:45 p.m. - 9:50 p.m.
Distribute and sell sample cups throught the event (2 Volunteers Needed)

Beer Pourer
6:45 p.m. - 9:45 p.m.
Stand at designated beer stand and pour beer to event guests
